According to the information from the Hong Kong Red Cross, a daily collection of 650 packs of blood is required to support and ensure the clinical transfusion treatment for patients in the local hospitals. Collaborating with Red Cross, the company recently organized a blood donation day at the headquarters, with good participation of many colleagues from various departments. Virtual Reality (VR) technology provides unlimited possibilities for various industries. The new technology has recently been applied in the real estate industry. For example, a 360 virtual tour can be created to give buyers an immersive property tour experience through computers and related installations. To help our colleagues acquire VR knowledge and skills, the company organized three training sessions and invited a professional trainer to introduce VR360 applications for business and 360 live-streaming. The participants also had a valuable opportunity to film and produce a 3D virtual tour for real estate.

Master Lin: Felix addresses the residents' needs effectively

Boiling water at the right temperature draws out the best flavour of tea leaves. Similarly, colleagues' enthusiasm for their work exploits the potential of the team. Master Lin is a seasoned engineer working in a residential building, and he often needs to communicate with the residents. Master Lin smiled and said that initially, it was a difficult task for him. Fortunately, his young partner, Felix, addressed the residents' needs effectively and helped him a lot. Master Lin shared with us how he cooperated with Felix to help an elderly couple resolve a problem with a leaking shower. Before discussing it with Master Lin, Felix immediately found various temporary waterproofing solutions on the internet for the couple. This shows that Felix was really concerned about the residents' needs and was proactive and enthusiastic about his work. "Felix is friendly, passionate and responsible," said Master Lin. "He earns the trust of the residents, which helps our work tremendously."   

Felix: Master Lin is a respected engineer 

Felix praised his friend and colleague Master Lin as a respected engineer with extensive engineering knowledge. He commended Master Lin for always devoting energy and meticulous attention to each engineering task and examination to try to come up with the best solution for each engineering problem. "Many residents in Dynasty Court need to replace their water heaters, as the building was completed years ago," said Felix. "Master Lin often purchases and installs new water heaters for them during his private time. He has extensive professional engineering knowledge and is open to the latest technology. He also loves sharing his opinions and experience with his colleagues and teaching us how to check the facilities and installations. I've learned a lot from him." In fact, the technical department is responsible only for the maintenance work of the installations in the common area. Master Lin became the "King of Appreciation" in Kai Shing because he has helped many residents resolve technical problems without any complaints, exceeding their expectations.

Felix often used to go to a restaurant with Master Lin to have a chat over tea, sharing their work and daily life with each other. Since they have rarely had an opportunity to go to a restaurant together during the pandemic, they were excited to enjoy a cup of tea together for the interview video shoot. Felix says Master Lin is like a pack of premium tea leaves, as he possesses sound professional knowledge and rich experience, and concentrates on his work without any complaints, which enhances the service quality of the property management team. Master Lin appreciates Felix's proactive attitude and enthusiasm for his work, which helps foster team spirit and exploit the potential of his colleagues, just as boiling water brings out the flavour of tea leaves. A professional tutor was invited to show the participants how to piece together colourful hand-cut glass tiles and beads into various Turkish patterns. In a recent lunch webinar, the company invited a registered nutritionist to explain how a green diet can improve our skin quality and make us look rejuvenated, and how to develop a healthier eating style by choosing antioxidant-rich vegetables and fruits to our colleagues.

Our colleagues were dedicated to creating their own unique flower basket, which they presented it to their beloved superwoman.
