SHKP colleagues learn to bake with hotel executive pastry chef

Recently, SHKP hosted a cake-making workshop at the Royal Plaza Hotel for our colleagues. Executive Pastry Chef Mr. Roy Chan was invited to serve as instructor to teach everyone how to make a raspberry white chocolate mousse cake. All the participants created their own delicious cakes to take home and share with their families.
